CANCELLATION POLICY

Can I cancel my Order?
Since all the orders are pre-paid (no COD option), therefore orders once made are non-cancellable.

Can my order be cancelled by THE PAMPAS PROJECT?
Yes, there are cases where THE PAMPAS PROJECT can cancel your order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. Also, where applicable, we will issue you a refund. The scenario generally happens due to unavailability of a particular product, though our team will contact you for other alternatives prior to cancelling the order from our end.

RETURN POLICY

Can I return a product?
In certain cases where the product is not delivered as committed by THE PAMPAS PROJECT, you have 24 hours from the receipt of your order to return the product. The product to be returned must be unused. To return the order there must be a complete package unboxing video ensuring that the product has been damaged during transit before reaching your place of delivery.

NO RETURN/EXCHANGE IS ENTERTAINED WITHOUT A COMPLETE PACKAGE UNBOXING VIDEO.

Please contact us to inform the reason of return along with the video of product unboxing (full package must be visible and the video must not have any edits) and we will arrange for the product to be picked-up and returned to us. Please put the product back into its original box with original packaging intact.

Who pays for the shipping on returned goods?
If the item is being returned for a quality reason, because it is damaged, we will cover the cost of shipping. For any other reason there is no return.

When and how will I get my replacement products?
Once we receive the product, we will review it. If the returned product clears our review, then your new order will be delivered to you within 7-10 working days, In cases where the original product is out of stock, our team will contact you for suitable replacements and in cases where you want the original product itself, THE PAMPAS PROJECT has complete authorization to refund the order value and the payment will be credited within 2-3 working days to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

What happens if the returned product does not clear the review?
If the returned product does not clear our review, then you will not be eligible for a refund. Instead, we will ship the returned product back to you,after recovering the actual delivery charges.
